The Ancient Science,
Divinely Elevated

Ayurvedic medicine began in India where Dhanvantari — the Divine Founder of Ayurveda — brought this knowledge out from the eternal field of Pure Consciousness, the unmanifest Source of all life. Charaka later compiled and systematized this knowledge in the Charaka Samhita, considered the encyclopedia of Ayurveda.

The therapeutic and cleansing portion of this knowledge is known as Panchakarma — a truly wonderful system that provides amazing results when administered by trained Ayurvedic Doctors. If you have 2–4 weeks and $5,000–$10,000, traditional Panchakarma is highly recommended.

If you don't, Divine Mother, Dhanvantari, and many healing angels and devas have brought out the Divine Energy form of Panchakarma — as far as John knows, completely new on the planet, perhaps because world consciousness has now risen to the point where it is finally possible to offer this.

"Think in terms of being in a cosmic health spa receiving soft, loving and gentle therapies — rather than lightning from the gods. But the results you receive may be much more than you ever imagined."

The effectiveness of this system and the Divine Beings behind it is beyond anything previously imaginable. It cleans, purifies, and heals from the deepest levels of the body, mind, and soul — from the inside out — reaching depths that would take physical Panchakarma much longer to achieve, if at all.

The fundamental premise: if all aspects of human physiology and psychology are clean, stress-free, and in harmony with each other, then perfect health is possible. It is only when the system is out of balance — energy blocked, negativity dominant, nutrition lacking — that disease arises.

Note from John

I am not a medical doctor and cannot predict or promise results. Please continue to follow your medical providers' guidance. There is no conflict between medical and spiritual approaches — these Divine Energies will greatly support any other healing modality you choose to use. Individual results may vary.

The 19 Divine Panchakarma Energies

Each of the following divine energies is activated within you during the class. Together they form the complete Divine Panchakarma system — working continuously on your behalf from the moment of activation.

Important — Divine Energy Format

All 19 therapies below are offered in divine energy format — not the traditional clinic-based physical treatments. Where traditional Panchakarma requires weeks, trained practitioners, and physical therapies, the Divine Energy versions are received as living transmissions during class and continue working from within. The descriptions below reflect what each therapy addresses and heals — understood as happening energetically and from the inside out, rather than through physical application.

1

Total System

Designed for time-saving and convenience — this applies the complete Divine Panchakarma system to the total system of the human body in one activation. It detoxes, cleanses, clears, and balances all areas and levels of the body simultaneously. An excellent starting point when you're short on time or unsure where to begin, and it strengthens the immune system, restores natural rhythms, and recreates the balance that helps the body communicate with itself.

2

Abhyanga — Full Body Oil Massage

Herbalized oil massage of the whole body to break up impurities, stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, and remove toxins. Includes Pizhichili (continuous oil bath), Udvartana (herbal paste lymphatic massage), and Garshana (dry skin brushing).

3

Shirodhara — Third Eye Oil Flow

Warm herbalized oil poured on the forehead and third eye, synchronizing brain waves and calming the mind, body, and spirit. Balances the pituitary, pineal, and hypothalamus. Relieves anxiety, stress, fatigue, and hypertension.

4

Swedana — Herbalized Steam Bath

Herbalized steam treatment that removes mental, emotional, and physical toxins through the skin. Relieves stiffness, removes heaviness, improves digestion, clears the skin, and removes bodily pains.

5

Netra Tarpana — Eye Rejuvenation

Warm ghee applied around the eyes to cleanse, balance, lubricate, and restore eyesight on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Beneficial for dry eyes, infections, computer vision syndrome, and glaucoma.

6

Karana Purana — Ear Oiling

Warm oil in the ears to protect the nervous system, calm an overactive mind, and address tinnitus, earache, headache, neck pain, and jaw pain. Creates deep relaxation throughout the entire body.

7

Nasya — Nasal Administration

Herbalized oil drops to clear the sinuses, brain, throat, and respiratory system. The nose is the doorway to the brain. Addresses sinus congestion, migraine headaches, and certain eye and ear problems.

8

Gandhusha / Kaval Graha — Oil Pulling

Herbalized oil in the mouth to pull toxins from gums, teeth, sockets, jaw bone, tongue, and throat — even removing negative emotions expressed through speech. Strengthens gums, removes stains, and purifies the entire oral system.

9

Vamana — Therapeutic Clearing

Clears congestion from the lungs and upper body, eliminating Kapha causing excess mucus. Also releases repressed emotions held in the Kapha areas of lungs and stomach. Effective for bronchitis, colds, cough, and asthma.

10

Virechana — Deep Purgation

Clears excess bile and Pitta accumulated in the gallbladder, liver, and small intestine. Addresses rashes, skin inflammation, acne, chronic fever, biliary vomiting, nausea, and jaundice.

11

Nabhi Chikitsa — Navel Therapy

Working through the navel — the body's original center of balance — to distribute healing throughout the system via the pathways formed during development. Positively affects skin, face, and full-body balance.

12

Rakta Moksha — Blood Purification

Purification of the blood from toxins that re-absorb from the gastrointestinal tract. Addresses skin conditions, hypertension, enlarged liver and spleen, gout, and chronic blood-borne disorders.

13

Basti — Final Clearing

The final treatment, moving all toxins and excess doshas the other therapies have mobilized through the colon for final elimination. Directly addresses Vata — the master dosha underlying the vast majority of disease.

14

Sama Dosha — Doshic Balance

Moving the system toward the ideal state of equal balance between all three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — known in Ayurveda as Sama Dosha, one of the most desirable states for overall wellbeing.

15

Perfection

A profound energy that operates beyond the physical level, working on dimensions of the human being that Ayurveda traditionally cannot address. Use frequently.

16

Direct PK with Intention

Directing Panchakarma energy to specific organs, systems, or areas of the body by name — or visualizing a sphere of Divine PK Total System Energy enveloping a specific area, then expanding to fill the entire body.

17

Amrit — Divine Nectar of Immortality

The Vedic nectar of immortality and perfect health. Run together with Panchakarma to move the system toward more perfect health and great longevity. Also very beneficial for spiritual ascension.

18

Soma — Nectar of the Gods

The most refined product of perfect digestion — often called the nectar of the gods. Balances, heals, and purifies the system while refining the perception of all the senses. Deeply beneficial for spiritual ascension.

19

Paladome — Complete Healing

Improves a wide range of health conditions by balancing the doshas. The energy enters from wherever it enters the body, runs down into the earth, then fills the body back up from the feet to the crown — then continues its healing work throughout.

Beginning Each Session

Since these energies were newly created by Divine Beings who want to observe how they work with different people, John recommends always beginning by calling in the Divine Beings who co-created them. This is common courtesy — and they can help a great deal.

Opening Invocation

"Dear Divine Mother, Dhanvantari, Charaka, and all the Master Healing Angels and Devas, who come in the name of the highest Divine Truth, Wholeness, Love, Light, Compassion and Totality — please be with us now and bless this session with your healing presence."

Then begin with Energy #1: "We begin with running the Divine Panchakarma Energy of Total System for [name] to deeply cleanse, purify, and support healing on all levels."

For energies 2 through 19, simply say: "We now run the Divine Panchakarma Energy of Abhyanga" — and so forth down the list.

The Blue Rain of Concentrated Divine Love can also be run together with Divine Panchakarma to clear emotions and consciousness simultaneously — for those who have received the Blue Rain activation in a separate class.

Understanding the Three Doshas

Ayurveda sees the physical world as made up of energy. The five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether — condense into three primal forces called doshas, which govern all areas and functions of the body. Divine Panchakarma works to bring all three doshas into perfect balance.

Vata

Air & Ether · Movement & Communication

Light, dry, changeable, quick, cold, and subtle — like the wind. Governs all movement in the mind and body including respiration, circulation, and the movement of thoughts. Vata is considered the leader of the three doshas since Pitta and Kapha cannot move without it.

When out of balance: anxiety, worry, difficulty focusing, dry skin, constipation, insomnia, and scattered energy.

Pitta

Fire & Water · Energy & Transformation

Hot, sharp, wet, oily, light, and intense — like fire. Governs all energy and transformation in the body including digestion, metabolism, body heat, and glandular secretions. Predominates in the small intestine.

When out of balance: anger, irritability, skin rashes, inflammation, liver disorders, excess heat, and over-competitiveness.

Kapha

Water & Earth · Structure & Lubrication

Cold, wet, oily, heavy, slow, and stable — like earth and water. Governs all structure and lubrication in the body including connective tissue, musculoskeletal tissue, and the immune system. Predominates in the chest and stomach.

When out of balance: lethargy, weight gain, depression, congestion, fluid retention, and resistance to change.

What Participants Say

"

The experience of Divine Panchakarma is unlike anything I have encountered in 20 years of working with energy. It is profound, gentle, and deeply effective — reaching places that nothing else has been able to touch.

Energy Practitioner — 20 years experience
"

I went into the session skeptical, and came out a believer. Within a week I noticed changes in my sleep, my digestion, and the quality of my mind that I had been seeking through diet and lifestyle changes for years.

"

What struck me most was how the energies seemed to know exactly where to go and what to do — without any direction from me. There is clearly an intelligence behind this that is far beyond anything human.
